One of the highest honors of my life was serving the great state of Arizona and our constituents.

I truly believe that Arizona is one of the most special places on earth. The people, culture, and values make Arizona different than other states, and certainly, Arizona has its own issues that must be dealt with very specifically at the local, state, and federal levels.

 

My portfolio working in Congress included fighting to secure the border, federal land issues, pushing back on EPA rulings and over the designation of national monuments (Antiquities Act), energy issues, power line placement, and more.

 

I was one of the key staffers in my office for all things Arizona and worked closely with the entire Arizona congressional delegation. I visited and worked in our district, meeting with constituents, local businesses, ranchers, farmers and resolving issues for them with the Department of the Interior and other government agencies.
